You can easily name the ACPA Foundation as one of your retirement account or life insurance policy beneficiaries. You simply fill out a form that is entirely separate from your will—which makes this approach an easy way to give.
To complete your gift, contact your retirement plan/IRA administrator or life insurance agency and complete a beneficiary designation form naming our organization as beneficiary and the percentage you’d like for ACPA to receive (1-100). Then mail it back to the plan or agency administrator and keep a copy for your records.
If required by the administrator or agency, note that the ACPA Foundation Federal Tax Identification Number is 52-1892948.
NEXT STEPS:
- Complete the Confidential ACPA Foundation Giving Form. This form will allow you to make your gift restricted to a particular ACPA programs and priorities OR unrestricted. If appropriate, include a copy of your beneficiary designation form.
- Send to Dr. Sue Saunders, Coordinator of ACPA Foundation Planned Giving, 116 Holman Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
- NOTE THAT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE RETAINED BY THE ACPA INTERNATIONAL OFFICE.
